I ordered this as a first time refill for my diaper genie. They worked. They’re not quite the same as the original (slightly lower quality) and the box keeps dislodging from the bottom of the trash can, but it’s better than the alternative, I guess.

I use a Diaper Genie Signature diaper pail to dispose of adult diapers. These refills are difficult to find in stores, most only carry the round refills. My diapers are too large to fit easily in the round refills. The 30 roll refill lasts me about 6 weeks changing bags every 1-2 days. Each bag holds 6-8 medium adult diapers. I tightly roll and tape each diaper closed before putting it in. The odor control is excellent for urine, but I wrap diapers containing a BM in a diaper disposal bag before placing in the Diaper Genie to double seal them. It is in my bathroom and I dont notice any used diaper smell. I take the full bags to my garage trash can which gets collected once a week and there is some diaper odor after a week when the trash can contains 4-5 full disposal bags.. If you need a convenient, easy to use diaper disposal system, I would highly recommend these refills and the Diaper Genie refill roll bags. ... show more
