Ordered based on reviews. Super happy with the cover especially getting this on sale! Got it delivered in 2 days as it was shipped from Commerce, CA…I’m in San Diego. It’s definitely a good buy and works perfectly for me. Easy install, made well, great seal, and secure once tailgate is closed. No problems with fit with my 2024 Tacoma TRD Spot Long Bed and looks really good. Definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't want to spend >$1000 for a OEM cover. Works for me. Ordered this for my recently acquired 2022 Toyota Tacoma Sport 4WD. I've never owned a truck with a tonneau cover. Also, I've never installed one. This thing arrived a week earlier than Amazon said it would. It took about an hour to install. Very straightforward, and it even comes with some extra hardware in case you need it. I'm absolutely impressed with the look and quality of it. It's built very sturdy, and looks sexy as hell too. And with the price tag of just over $400 including tax, I don't think there's a better deal anywhere. We will see how it holds up to the weather, but I think it should be just fine!

There are better tonneau covers in the market but possibly not for price. Installation was easy. Build quality is great. It isn’t water proof but is very water resistant. That being said, I took it on a 1600 mile road trip. During that time I experienced multiple storms, and some with hail. I’ve also experienced snow a few times since getting back. I’m very impressed at how dry everything has stayed. The latching mechanism could be updated to a Bakflip style but honestly I’ll take the trade off for the price. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to find a tonneau cover under $600!

Review/rating relative to price. A good hard cover for $400 is hard to find but this one works on my 2024 Tacoma. It is more of a One Size Fits Most. Note, the curved shape of the wheel wells and truck bed on the new Tacoma makes it look like the cover is on crooked but I believe this will be the case with any OSFM cover. The fit is a tad short front to back but you can make it work by installing better/more weather stripping and aligning the cover to the inside edge of the front bed rail. It leaked a small amount on the rear seal when driving through a high pressure car wash. I added a small amount of weather strip inside the flap on the back of the cover. This helped to place pressure against the tailgate and provide a solid seal. I ran it back through the car wash with no leaking. Yay! The only thing I don’t like is the way you open the cover. You have to drop the tailgate and undo the latch on each side which is easy enough. But then you have to slide the receiving bracket out of the way. It takes some getting used to but is manageable. If you open your cover multiple times per day this might be an issue for you. The quality seems good and solid but time will tell. Note, the pics were taken in the morning so it looks really shiny but that’s just the dew. 2024 Tacoma Installation Notes * use the install instructions posted on Amazon not the ones that come with the cover * you need to use the custom clips for the front latches since you have the OEM bed rails. Overall, I like and recommend this cover for the price. I might replace it eventually but for now it will work.

I am very satisfied with the Tutel Hard Shell Folding Cover. It was easy to install and remove as needed. It folds and secures to the panel near the cab well. My 2017 Toyota Tacoma has the factory bed rail system which was identified in the ordering process. The only tool that needed that didn't come with the product was a pocket knive to open the packaging. The hard shell cover is well designed, a good fit on the truck and fairly waterproof on a week long 1000 mile trip with very rainy weather. The Tutel Hard Shell Folding Cover was a good purchase that fits all my needs.
