Purchased this so I didn’t have to get our big fire pit up and running every time My kids wanted s’mores and so far we have used this twice and it works perfectly. Works just as well as my full size solo firepit. Since it is small and we used twigs make sure to have a good supply of twigs available as they burn fast- we skipped using the accelerator part since it took up room inside the fire pit. Love the size and travel bag (although I did notice the bottom of the bag is not the sturdiest and mine is already starting to rip) will be able to pack easily with the rest of our beach supplies. I bought this for my boyfriend and I to use and we followed all the instructions and got dry wood pellets and sticks and it never seemed to stay hot enough for a fire to start let alone stay lit
