The Tushy is the best bidet ever. It actually works. I have them in every bathroom. It’s actually strong enough to clean what needs to be cleaned. I know a lot of that has to do with the water pressure you have in your home but even with lower pressure the way that the water comes out works extremely well. My brothers have them in their houses and love them too. I have a friend who has one of the really expensive bidets toilets and I would take my Tushy over that expensive thing every time.     • Works but broke toilet seat hinge

We installed this bidet on a Kohler Santa Rosa commode and within the first week the toilet seat hinge broke. Looking at the installation to figure out what happened, I found that the bidet raised the seat hinge up enough that the rear seat pads were not supported on the commode rim and all of the weight was put on the hinge and the front pads. This was more than the hinge was designed to support. I replaced the broken seat and added riser blocks (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088ZJ8PP6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) that attach to the bottom of the seat with adhesive. This appears to have fixed the problem. The bidet itself works fine and was easy to install. After installing the riser blocks, we are happy with the product. ... show more

I was installing this Tushy bidet on my bathroom toilet today. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. This was a piece of cake. And bonus because the instructions and box signage were hilarious! I got it on and everything put together and was testing it for leaks because that’s what smart, organized people do. I turned the bidet on and the water was streaming straight down into the toilet. That’s not where the dirty tush is going to be, so I figured I had it too close to the back of the toilet rim. I took it apart, repositioned, put it all back together, and tightened everything up for another go. I should mention that the directions said not to use the bidet if you weren’t sitting on the toilet. I read this because I’m smart enough to read through the instructions before I begin. But I’m apparently not smart enough to heed said warning because I thought, “I need to see what it’s doing to know if it’s working properly.” I mean, that sounds logical, right? So, I was squatted down in front of the toilet after I checked all the connections for leaks. No leaks, yay me! I turned the bidet to the lowest setting, and the water was still going straight down into the toilet. I mistakenly assumed that if I turned it on just a hair higher that it would s l o w l y build more pressure before shooting out toward where a tush should be. No. No it does not. When you turn it just a little more, it shoots out like a fire hose on steroids and blasts your shirt and face with water. It felt like I sat there for 10 seconds letting it blast me, but I’m sure it was a fraction of that time. I got it turned off, and then I just sat there with bidet water on my face and shirt because you know, what else was I going to do? I didn’t even have words. I finally got myself and everything else cleaned up and dried off and guess what, the bidet works great! ... show more

Getting a screwdriver from the garage took longer than the install. The instructions were clear and include a lot of bathroom humor. Works well but I doubt if my wife will use it :( That well water is cold
