The washer (where the sprayer is attached) that comes along is not enough. We had to add one more to avoid water leakage. Washer should either be thicker or additional washers should be added to the package.

    • Does not have the right size holder
The sprayer itself works great, no leaks. However the holder it came with does not fit the sprayer and I have to drape it on there instead of placing it upright like shown in the pictures.

    • The best thing is the coiled hose
I bought this bidet just because of the coiled hose that stays clean and out of the floor. The hose is smooth and easy to clean. The pressure is a bit high, it takes some time getting used to pressing very softly to get a gentle stream. I personally prefer the bidets that go head in their stand, not like this one that the head is exposed. But the next time I have to purchase one, I will buy this one again. BTW, this review is after at least 3 or 4 years of using it and we've had no problems or leaking with it ... show more
