Instructions were a bit weird as others have said, but there's really only one way to install so if you can understand the pictures, you should be good. I used the weather stripping but I'm not sure I needed to. It was a snug fit without it, but I figured it couldn't hurt and could always be removed later. It looks like I could stand to move it towards the cab another 1/8 or 1/16 inch and it would sit 100% flush with the tailgate. Considering the ease of removal and installation, I'll try it again later and see. When I go to do the last fold, it gets a little stiff like you have to force it closer a little, but once you clamp it down to the end of the bed, that stiffness makes for a tight fit, which I guess is the point. Seems to be well made and install was easy. EXCEPT, after installing could not get it to close. The top would not clear the end of the side rails, no matter how hard I pulled the cover back. Dilema, send it back or make it work. Decided making it work was the way to go. Trimmed the end of rails. Cut a angle from about 1/4 inch in and down about a 1/4 inch. Sucess, now the cover can reach the end of the rail and snap down and lock. If I wouldn't have to modify it to work I would have given 5 star. Edit: Shortly after my review the seller reached out to me to see if they could help me wih the tonneau cover. I replied to them and I explained to them what I had done and that I now had it working and I was happy with the product. They reached out again with a nice offer to rectify the issue. I thanked them for the offer but declined it as now that I had it working I was satisfied with the product. Due to their positive response I am going to change my 3 star to a 4. Also now that I have it working, Will give a written 5 star here as I did in my original review. Also if in the future if I need a product from Whalemotor I would not hesitate to use them again.
