We ordered this treadmill and it arrived looking a little rough. We figured it was due to the weight of it and cargo shipping. Nope! This unit was obviously sent back from someone who built 90% of it, used it then sent it back. There were missing screws, it was packed very poorly and you could tell it wasn’t inspected upon its return. We did turn it on. It was loud, very small and the panel gives little information on your workout. For the cost of this treadmill, you can find better. Keep in mind the vender obviously doesn’t check items and big ticket item returns. They just cycle it back to the next victim. We found a brand new Pro Form Carbon T14 treadmill that was cheaper than this thing. Do your homework, go see the treadmill, get on it and try it. Very handy and hassle free, the treadmill already came assembled. Its a nice looking treadmill as well, and not an eye sore if you have it out in a common area of your home. Not bad.
