I ask Amazon for replacement screws I was referred to Traeger support. Traeger wasn't even the seller. I will say the customer service at traeger was great. The rep was friendly and helpful. He had to set up a traeger account profile for me, and shipped new screws. It was an easy install when you have all the parts. The tray is extremely sturdy. I never felt that it may give out when I place trays of food on it. Installation was very easy. All that is needed is to install the mount to the tray and then remove the screws from the grill and screw the mount to the grill.
