Great tracker! We adopted a 5 year old American Staffordshire Terrier/pointer mix shelter dog that was a stray. He tried to escape at every opportunity for the first few weeks we had him. We had used an Apple AirTag on his collar, but quickly learned that in rural areas, it could not help us locate him. This tracker running off cellular was the answer. We love watching him climb the activity leaderboard every day. And the sleep monitoring is great, but can also confuse “calm” time and “sleep” time. The specs state 10 days of tracking, I usually charge the tracker each Sunday, but it has not dipped below 49% battery life over a 7 day period with frequent daily trips to our local park. Fun tracker that lets you track sleep, barking and activity, as well as location. I was afraid the tracker would be too bulky for my small dog (17 lbs), but it fits on her collar and doesn’t seem to bother her at all. The GPS is helpful for getting an idea of where your dog walked with dog walkers or sitters, but not totally accurate as it shows a lot of zig zags through blocks when we walked along sidewalks. We are having so much fun with the Tractive! After a walk we can see the route we took. When we go on vacation and have someone else taking care of Simba we can see if and where he's been walked, how he's doing, and even if he's been barking a lot. At first I was concerned it would be bulky on his neck but it's not. He doesn't even seem to notice it. ... show more
