😅Okay so when I bought this, I had no idea that it was a weight 🙃 loss supplement. I thought it was just a regular multivitamin supplement, but then on my second month and second bottle, I noticed that I couldn’t eat my regular portion size 😳 that’s when I knew that something was wrong. Well not wrong per se but something was going on outside of the normal. I couldn’t only eat small portions. I was also working out 5 days a week (heavy lifting only, no cardio) and I noticed that my body felt lighter. My stomach felt flatter, my back fat reduced…my butt wasn’t as plump 😒. So I stopped taking the supplement because I wasn’t over weight. And by curbing my appetite, I wasn’t able to consume adequate amount of macronutrients to aid my muscle building goals in the gym. They sent me a bottle that looks gross towards the bottom of the bottle. I don’t even know if it’s been used or not and I do not trust it. This is way too expensive to be doing this. I’ve ordered this from the actual total changes website with no spills and perfect bottle. However this is my first time ordering it through Amazon and this is the crap I get.
