The media could not be loaded. After reading the reviews on the Tonda jack I decided to give it a chance. I needed a low profile jack that shows to be reliable and at a good value. I’ve had it for four months and have used it extensively with no issues at all. It lifts quickly. It’s sturdy and in my opinion quite reliable. Some of the reviews have shown it do be delivered with missing parts, mine was perfectly fine. I read one review that mentioned it doesn’t lower slowly and dropped the car aggressively - well that’s certainly hasn’t been my experience. Check out my clip. I put it together and put it up. Got ready to use it today to help a friend. And it does nothing. Guessing they don't come with fluid in them. Not really sure yet but I don't have time to work on a jack right now so I'll figure it out later. This is why I bought the jack in the first place. I didn't want to work on any of the others. Waste of time and money for the time being. Maybe it will be nice when I figure out why it doesn't work. ... show more

Much like other reviewers, out of the box the jack would not lift a load. I had to follow the instructions for adding fluid then purging the air. One tip, the handle sticks a bit when turning, so make sure you really crank it all the way in each direction when purging the air. Once I figured that out, worked like a champ. Raised up the car nicely. I only attached one section of the handle, so it took a bit of extra effort, but all in all happy with the purchase. Time will tell how durable it is. One issue I have deals with the rubber sleeves on the bar near the handle. You can see in the second picture, one is in perfect shape, the other looks like it was chewed up severely. Not really sure of their purpose, I might just cut the one off. ... show more

Yup, i returned it 10 mins after I opened the box. First thing I noticed after reading the instruction manual and pull all the parts out of the box to assemble is a loose screw and washer in the box. Then I noticed the loose screw actually belonged to one of the rotating caster wheels (see attached image, caster wheel requires 3 screws for attachment). Not only a screw came off on the caster wheel in question the other two were loose. So loose the caster wheel block was super loose/a visible gap (see attached image). Not a big deal, I re-secured the caster wheel, and feeling good I went through all the screws on this floor jack, and guess what?!... all the screws were loose/hand tight (not torqued). After tightening all the screws i gave the jack a few pumps and on every pump on pump return the floor jack retracts a 1/3. Yeah i am done with this one, returned it. The thought of this thing giving out while a under some kind of mass gave me the hebejibes so i returned it and bought an Arcan. ... show more

Used this on a 2012 Ford Fusion with the 3.5L V6. Lifted it with little effort and did so quickly. The previous jack I had, from a different company, right out of the box, would slowly drop the car down and could not maintain its height. Only down side I would say for this jack is how quickly it lowers the car with the slightest twist of the handle. ... show more
