Well it is made for a mans body. As a girl the width needs to be much smaller and the length longer. Needs to be made in different sizes as well. I wear a 2xl and its not available in my size. The Velcro straps could be a little longer 2-4 inches would be great. Today the support I slipped down at a bad time.. The product is a good one but of limited use for a minority of customers. I like the copper feature but I will never buy from them again. The back brace has so weak velcro that it just doesn't stay on. It opens with every movement and leaves the brace completely useless
