I have a problem with my C5 and C6. I was simply walking across the room and all of a sudden had debilitating pain between my spine and my shoulder blade. I couldn't move without horrible pain. I had a vacation I planned for months to see my granddaughter. Lots of activites planned. There was no way I could have gone without the posture corrector. I was careful not to handle luggage and I didn't zipline or other risky activities, but I WAS THERE! The trip was so very important. I lost my daughter sadly 4 years ago, my granddaughter was her only child. It's so very important that I'm there for my granddaughter. FILLOVE saved my trip and let me be there for my granddaughter. Nothing can compare in the value of that! I actually bought a second one. I don't ever want to be without it. I'm slowly improving, I don't have to wear it every minute now. I actually went all day yesterday without it, but have it back on today. I really believe the corrective ability of the posture corrector is healing me. I wanted something to help with my posture and this works. It is well made, and looks like it will last a long time used every day. However, it does cut into my arms enough that it is uncomfortable. Also the back can slide up. I have tried to make adjustments but it hasn't helped. I will continue to use this because it does help with my posture although it is uncomfortable. ... show more

    • Here's the good, and the bad...
I sincerely wanted this to work! The quality seems really good. For the most part, the design is nice. It did help me sit up straighter with my shoulders back. It is easily adjustable. Everything is comfortable except where it goes under your arms to wrap around you. Mine is more than just correcting my posture kind of thing, I was in a serious car accident and also need something to assist in relieving back pain, I think this would have helped if I had not been in so much discomfort from the straps. It seems as though they could do something different since reading reviews of not only this one but many many others, I did notice that was a major complaint. Well, it's my complaint for sure. I could not even wear it for 10 minutes. Now I see why some brands have added a chest strap. That way it will keep it from digging into your arms. So I'll go find one that offers that strap. When I was trying to find a way to keep it from rubbing me raw, I pulled the material away from my arms and that's when I realized what the chest strap was for. Otherwise, had I known this I would have gone ahead and ordered one of those. Good luck with your search, and maybe if you wear this over clothing, that might help a little, or maybe not have to adjust it as tight as I needed to but mine is worn under my blouses and did not work for me. ... show more

My posture was really bad and I started using this and it works great and worth every penny. The velcro sticks good and stays where you want it. The size is true and just overall super comfy after the first 30 mins.

I tried other braces and they were ok, but this is the best one I've tried because it has a rigid piece in the back and an elastic strap in the back to help the shoulder straps not slide out of place. I'm 6 feet tall, not skinny, and wear a 44DD bra and the XXL/XXXL size fits me perfectly. I would definitely purchase this again. ... show more

This works well. Takes a little time to adjust to it but give it a week. The only draw back is the Velcro isn’t lasting. Not sticking well in the waist straps. I’ve had it about 6 months and wear it about 2-3 hours a day.

I bought the brace that had the best reviews for my height and weight. It was supposed to be good for me. I read reviews that some women were about sauce. I’m 5’ 10” 179 pounds. About the large, I tried wearing it for two days and it cuts in under my under arm so bad I had to put tissues there to keep it from hurting so much but when I was wearing it, it helped my back. It did not hurt as bad at all, but it’s just not for me. I was so disappointed. I wanted it to be good. I had a bad car accident a few years ago and whenever I’m doing anything as far as work around the house or outside I think it would’ve been wonderful like I said it did help my back for what little I did wear it, but it rubbed under my arms so bad and I can’t return it because I tried wearing it for two days to see if it needed to be broken, but that’s as much as I could wear it. Maybe if I can find another one that’s a 2X large maybe might work ... show more
