The media could not be loaded. This is a well-made postural corrector. The neoprene is thick and sewn well, and it has an unpleasant smell that tends to dissipate after it’s left at its package for a while,. It has interior perforations to help it be more breathable. There are buckles on the arm holes to tighten it and give a stronger correction. Be gentle when first using this. It can cause some upper muscular pain because your body is not used to being in the proper posture. I find it helpful as a reminder to stand up straight and not round my shoulders so much. Tightening it helps improve posture. I would recommend starting at 10 minutes a day a few times a day and seeing how you feel the next day. It should be a slow process. Also doing exercises to increase thoracic extension and upper back strength would be helpful.     • Better than what I tried before
This posture correcter works much better than the first one I tried. I initially tried one that tightens and cinches via a velcro strap that goes across your torso, but it was too large so the velcro was useless and had to tie it. This one just has the shoulder straps and I can use the velcro no problem, so I would say its size is as versatile as the product info claims. It is reasonably comfortable for being what it is-- obviously fixing a lifetime of slouching is never gonna be totally comfortable.     • Works well, unless you live alone
I only used this one time. Whole I had it on, it really seemed to be working well. I could feel it was pulling my posture into a healthy position. It was fairly comfortable to wear, considering. The only problem, and the reason I returned it is because it almost impossible to take it off by yourself. If I weren't singe, and had someone to help me remove it I definitely would have kept it and given it better rating. But, if you live alone, look elsewhere. ... show more

    • Seems to work!
I haven't used this product for the consecutive 21 days that makers recommend, but after one day of the full 4-hour use, I found I was able to correct my posture more easily and was more aware of when I began to slump. While I was wearing it, I was concerned it wasn't doing much, but taking it off proved that it had some effect, so I give it 5 stars for how quickly your body catches on. Where it loses a star is comfort. The straps are velcro, so they aren't easy to quietly adjust. They're also hard to reach (the strap connects under your arms vs over the shoulder) so if you're wearing it under your clothes, you basically have to take off your shirt to adjust it. The placement also makes this a slow process if you don't have someone around to help you out. The straps are sewn together, too, so you have to slip in and out of it vs disconnecting the straps (like a bra) which only adds to the inconvenience (especially if you're working an 8-hour day and want to take it off halfway through). Additionally, if you have breasts (especially larger ones), the straps may irritate them or not fit correctly. This is definitely a better product for people with smaller breasts (or just pecs). Overall, this is a good product for correcting your posture, especially if you have someone to help you put it on.     • A great reminder tool
I work sitting at a desk all day, and my upper back hurts from slouching. I decided to purchase this and give it a try to see if it would help. I’m happy to say that it really does work. What I like about the specific style is that it is adjustable. The first few days I started wearing this I adjusted it to the loosest setting for me and only wore it for about 25 minutes at a time. Overtime I have a gradually increased the resistance and wear it for several hours. After I take it off, I still feel the need to correct my posture, so I say it works great. This back brace/posture corrector gives good back support. I am not sure howfar this posture corrector will help in a long-run with the hunch forward posture, but this gives me a good remainder to maintain my straight posture. The material is breathable. I am using this for morathan a week now and I feel comfortable with daily use on my back side, but not very comfortable under my armpit area. I am able to use it under my cloths. This is a quality posture corrector that works as advertised. It is as comfortable as a posture corrector can be but I think it is fair to say that using nothing is more comfortable than using a posture corrector but the you will have bad posture. This works well for me, I am happy with it.
