I have used a back brace for years but now have upper back problem and know my existing brace was getting old and needed a new one. This has very good support but when using the left outer velcro was too tight and not sure what to do with it. Right now I have a large paper clip holding it in a more comfortable position. I got the 28-to 50 size and I am Way below the 50 inch that is stated! It is a great product and feel it is going to help me but feel there should be another adjustment for outer strap.
