I almost never write Amazon reviews, but I was so impressed with the customer service that I needed to share: I was on the cusp between sizes so I sized up to a medium be safe. After trying it on, it was comfortable and provided some support, but I wished I had gotten the small. Later that evening, the seller reached out to see how I liked the product. I told them I liked it, but that I got the wrong size. The seller offered to send me the correct size and I wouldn't even have to worry about sending back the wrong size! Wow! As a busy working mom, anything that saves me having to run another errand is a real blessing. The seller didn't ask me to leave a review - I am just really that impressed by the service! The brace itself is surprisingly comfortable and helps me with my posture. I wish it had a little more support for my upper spine curvature, but I don't know if there is much more I could expect from an "off the shelf" brace. I suspect my kyphosis is so bad that I probably need a custom hard brace. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this product & this seller. ... show more

It fits well according to measurements (medium for me), is easy to put on, and is not bulky. It helps me stand up straighter with gentle support. I contacted the seller explaining the problem and was directed to order a smaller size and I would be credited. Was going to return the first order, but was told to keep and donate. I give it 3 stars because the overall product is not bad. It has good material and the support it gives to the spine is good and the size is fine for a woman of my height 5.2, but the straps that hold the arms almost made me bleed with only one day of use, the pain was unbearable after a few hours and when I took it off I saw that I had marks on my skin, as you can see in the photo. I love this corrector so much my sister bought herself one. I have been round shouldered all my life and now that I'm older back pain is a real issue. This brace is serious and keeps your posture straight therefore limiting pain. Not saying it's cured all my back problems but sitting at a desk for a few hours ALWAYS gave me serious burning pain across my mid back that lasted all day. Now I put the corrector on before I sit down at the desk and I don't get that pain anymore. I wear it over my clothes so it's easy to put on and take off .
