I installed this alarm system a few weeks ago. So far it's been great. I can't speak for the remotes or keypad because we haven't really used them but everything else works just fine. The phone app works great and it's very simple to use. The alarm is very loud...loud enough to wake the house when I forgot to turn it off before I left for work at 3am. For the technically challenged, this is an easy system to install. The PIR sensors needed a few screws. All items were automatically linked to the base unit. We find the base unit loud enough when any of the alarms are activated. We are very happy with the system.It is definitely a great quality purchase that was needed for the home. Some background, I have been using smart outlets/switches for many years. 75% of my house is automated either from hardwired switches or movable outlets, water sensors. Single door/window sensors. I also have a smart smoke alarm system that covers the entire house and garages. The door alarms I currently have work ok but you have to turn each one on separately in the app which is super annoying. The current door sensors I use will tell you the status of the door if it is opened or closed at anytime and a low battery warning (but this does not work well most of the them go from working to dead) This new system works well for the price. Pro - system already works with my current smart app Smart life. Unlike the single door/window sensors I have now you can arm and disarm the entire system with one click instead of having to do each window/door unit separately. The motion sensor seems to work ok even with minimal light. I have not setup the keypad, the remote works fine. I just use the app to turn it on and off. App allows you to schedule active times so it’s set to turn on and off with that everyday. One of the best parts of this system using my smart life app you can automate the alarm. I have it current setup to turn on basically every inside and outside light I have when it alarms. SUPRIZE lol Con - My biggest complaint at this point. There is no way to see if the door sensors are open/closed. Which means you can arm the system with a door open and it wouldn’t not know the difference. This also means there is no low battery trigger which means a door sensor could go dead at any time. ... show more

I put all 10 entry sensors on then1st floor, but it can have up to 20, so I am ordering more to cover upstairs. I know it can have up to 5 remotes too which is fantastic but I am good with the 2 that came with the system for now: one downstairs and one upstairs. The motion sensor is a plus. I purchased this security system so I wouldn’t have to go through a security company. This system has worked out great. The only change I made was putting Velcro strips so I can move the Sensors when I want to open the windows to the proper position. The best part of the system is that when my wife is leaving the house I get an alert that the system is activated and when she gets back home I get the alert that the system is disarmed. ... show more

I got this kit to secure my home, and this has basically satisfied all my home security needs in one box. It has both door and motion sensors that are not only easy to install but also very accurate and precise. And the best part is that it’s centralized, meaning I can connect to and control all the sensors at once once only one app. With this, I’m always aware of what happens in my home, no matter where I am.
