Started using Aleppo pepper every day on eggs, salads . It has a mild amt of heat enough to know there is pepper but by no means overwhelming. Used to buy from Penzys but their prices and other things were ridiculous. This is way more cost effective and tastes every bit as good

This is a re-purchase. I have tried to find a good chili or pepper that had the heat intensity of black but a better flavor. An extra bonus is that it is red to add a bit of colour to any dish. This is also perfect for Mediterranean cuisine. I will buy again and again.

I'm experimenting with new recipes containing herbs and spices with which I'm not yet familiar. What I've receive from Spice Way so far has not let me down. I love the resealable packets-they seem to last quite a long time without refrigeration. The Aleppo pepper is warm with a lingering aftertaste.
