This is a re-purchase. I have tried to find a good chili or pepper that had the heat intensity of black but a better flavor. An extra bonus is that it is red to add a bit of colour to any dish. This is also perfect for Mediterranean cuisine. I will buy again and again.

If you are looking for Aleppo Pepper, this brand is a good choice. This is the second time I've purchased from them. The pepper is very fresh. I use Aleppo pepper in lots of dishes as it gives big flavor without a lot of heat.
