  • Works Well with Good Sunlight
Doesn't keep much extra after the sun goes down. Used it in conjunction with our Power Supply and did great during the day. Using the power station at night will drain quickly without any storage capabilities in solar unit.

  • Easy to set up; inconsistent quality
I bought 2 of these portable 100W solar panels. They're very similar to the Jackery panels. They seem to be of quality construction and I think they'll hold up well with the limited use I'll give them. I had really wanted rigid panels but just didn't have the space to store them. Now that I have these portable panels, I'm really glad I got them. It's easy to carry both panels in one hand and I don't have to worry about banging them around. Each came with 14' extension cables plus a set of adapter cables. I like that there are only 2 sections per panel instead of the 4 (or more) that you often see on other brands. It's easy to get the two sections set up. There are so many variables involved when it comes to how many watts a panel will output. I've played with these panels a few days. On one day, one of the panels was putting out 82 watts, while the other was about 10 watts less. One of the panels consistently generates less wattage than the other panel, usually 6 to 10 watts less. The panel that puts out fewer watts has an unusual feature - one half of the panel is black and the other half is dark blue (see pictures.) On the higher output panel, both sides are black. If I recall correctly, polychrsytaline panels are blue while monochrystaline are black. I don't know if the lower output panel is half poly and half mono or if they're both mono with some kind of color variation. I'm using these panels to charge my new Bluettie EB55 power station. When the panels are hooked up in parallel, the power station shows input wattage that is less than the sum of the two panel's output. For example: Panel 1 puts out 82 watts, and Panel 2 puts out 72 watts when hooked up one at a time to the EB55. The sum of those would be 154, but the EB55 only shows 110 Watts solar input. I don't know enough about solar panels/power stations to know why the input seems to be choked down - is it the panels, the cables used, or the power station? At any rate, I bought these on Prime Day when the price was significantly reduced and I feel like I got a good deal regardless of the minor flaws I've observed. ... show more

  • A different product than I had ordered a few months prior
I bought a second set of panels (which was this set) because I enjoyed the first set I got. But, the product that came was different than the same panels I ordered a few months prior. I even went back to my past purchases and placed my order. The difference is slight but it’s a huge deal when you’re expecting one thing and it shows up not what you need with no notice. Now, the main difference is the output cable. It used to be an Anderson style connector, now it’s a large round connector. Apologies for not knowing what style the round connector is, I have already returned the panel. A large inconvenience when I was planning on receiving the same product I ordered previously. Along with the difference in connector type, the old model came with extra cables, again which I was expecting to receive and did not the second time around. Other than the change without notice, the panels work just fine. My Togo power Solar panel maxes out on my 300wh WattFun power station at 65 watts. It’s nice to have to extra feature of being able to charge right from the panels, but if you’ve got power stations to make a solar generator you don’t really need it, just trying to save you money. Overall the panels work great, I wanted to run two panels in series but ended up returning these simply because of the reasons stated above, not because the product didn’t work well. ... show more

  • By registering you can extend your warranty to 2 years.
A couple years ago I bought another brand and it failed right after the one year warranty. So take advantage of Togo's avenue to extending it to two years. I like my new Togo panel because it looks sturdy like my Jackery panel which I like very much. The brand I owned before had a flimsy quality. Togo works with many portable power stations including the ones I've built. So far so good, so at this point I can recommend the 100 watt Togo panel. I will update if necessary. ... show more

  • 131 portable watts. Great Scott!
Tickled with this kit's performance. Or should I say "shocked?" You know how often cheap Chinese stuff on Amazon doesn't perform like it should? How it fails to live up to the advertised hype in the listing? Well, not here. I'm enjoying both the sunshine and the juice. On a sunny spring day in Oregon in 2021, I was running ~21 volts at ~6 amps for a total of 130 watts. I actually got 131 watts and change, but 120 was what I was at least hoping for. The fit and finish of this kit is great. Cloth is good, stitching is good, zipper seems fine, and the panels feel durable. However, I knocked one star off because this unit will not work with most portable power stations unless and until you purchase a separate 8mm to 5.5mm plug (which will cost you $10-20). I think that was really cheap of Togo Power to not include one. Most of the power packs on Amazon require a 5.5mm male charging plug. Still, I'm happy with the kit and will be keeping it. ... show more
