So far / so good. Arrived faster than stated. Some components (like adapter plugs) arrived a few days later prompting me to cancel orders. Time and amount of power seems low though. I am running internet with Wyze cams, thermostat, 3 water sensors and various other electric Vampires. Should be enough to get us through a night of glamping though. The media could not be loaded. Come fast, very well packed, solar panels came in different shipment, customer service is great and super efficient, charge faster than I expected, and I try it with my full size fridge and an electric griddle connect for 2 hr. Straight and took just 10% of the full charge, so I think is very efficient. I'm very happy with my purchase. The only minor problem was that I didn't completely understand how to connect both solar panels at the same time, so YouTube it is 🤣 ... show more

    • Generator should work after 1st use!
I purchased this generator to use mainly for my RV. The 1st time I used the 30 amp plug to power my RV the generator will only charge with the solar panels. When I plug in the ac cable the generator will not charge. I spent a lot of money for this generator thinking I would be purchasing a quality product, Im very disappointed , I contacted the company and they want me to send a video so they can troubleshoot it. I should be able to just exchange it for one that actually works. I have been traveling for the past 2 months with a 20 pound paper weight. Would not reccomend!! ... show more

UPDATE: The power button does not function, this item no longer turns on without an external power source even though it is 100% charged. I bought it for emergencies, which renders it almost useless. After a lot of research I chose this unit over the competition because it produced the most power for the $. I bought this for emergencies and it's really a useful tool. The customer service is responsive, and took good care of me when I had questions. I'd buy again. ... show more

    • 30amp RV outlet doesn't work properly
When I plug my 30amp RV plug into the Solar generator the AC runs VERY slowly. When I use a 30 to 15 adapter and plug it into the Solar Generator regular plugs the RV AC works normal. I have the ALLPOWERS S2000 Pro with panels.

I'm very excited about the Solar pannels. They also work with my other batteries. They are easy to handle, set-up and combined with other pannels. I live in the country in central Texas, lots of sun.
