The actual unit works great and charges fast to 100%. My one complaint is the solar panel stands. They are flimsy and attached to the panels with a loop of nylon straps which are sewed into the cover. They are free to move about and will not keep the panel at an angle in the slightest wind. This is a review for both the solar generator and the customer service. I’ve had this unit for two months and it has completely died. It won’t charge or turn on. There’s something running inside the box (maybe a fan), but there is no power to anything, including the LED screen. I only use this unit to power a mini fridge and occasionally recharge my laptop or phone. I only charge it according to the directions, using either the recommended solar panels or the included AC power cord. There’s no way to check for a fuse, as the entire box is sealed and the warranty is voided if you open it up. I’ve tried to reach out to the manufacturer for warranty support (I did register the warranty), but they only replied to ask where I bought it, and then nothing. I’ve been ghosted. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Come fast, very well packed, solar panels came in different shipment, customer service is great and super efficient, charge faster than I expected, and I try it with my full size fridge and an electric griddle connect for 2 hr. Straight and took just 10% of the full charge, so I think is very efficient. I'm very happy with my purchase. The only minor problem was that I didn't completely understand how to connect both solar panels at the same time, so YouTube it is 🤣 ... show more

I’m going to start with the bad. The inverter portion falls laughably short of the 4000 serge and 2500 running wats overload fault trips around 2000 wats. The 30 amp power plug orientation interferes with the solar charging port making using both at the same time an impossibly with out an adapter. The good. Battery charges extremely fast when plugged in, display is very useful. The best I’ve gotten out of the 200 wattsolar panels is 175 watts The average is considerably less but that’s also under conditions that are not optimal. ... show more

The battery is extremely off. I finally had a chance to use it with a temporary power outage. I had it already charged with the provided solar panel. The only thing connected to it was a fan that only used 36-38 watts and the battery died after reaching 75%. Now the battery icon keeps blinking (nothing in manual) and won't charge. The only reason I think it's not dead is it still displays the settings when the AC button is pressed, so there's some power. (update)customer support contacted me assured me the product likely received damage during delivery and offered me a replacement or a refund. ... show more

    • 30amp RV outlet doesn't work properly

When I plug my 30amp RV plug into the Solar generator the AC runs VERY slowly. When I use a 30 to 15 adapter and plug it into the Solar Generator regular plugs the RV AC works normal. I have the ALLPOWERS S2000 Pro with panels.
