  • Tripod for hunters and plinkers
This is a serious piece of equipment for the sportsman and target shooter alike. I got this to replace the one at the bottom of a deep reservoir and I'm glad I didn't try to retrieve the old one - this is so much better. First off, it is extremely sturdy which makes it very stable in all ground types. It is not lightweight like a camera tripod but able to withstand being knocked against trees and tossed over fences. That said, always collapse the legs to keep from distorting them on the trail. And that's one of the strong points - this can really extend. Note the measuring tape - it's over 5' tall at full extension. Perfect for a spotting scope or standup shot. Next, it can be used in a variety of ways: standing, kneeling, sitting, prone. My favorite I want to try on my next outing is bipod. It comes with two hex keys sized to remove the set pin for one leg and voila - bipod. To use sitting mode if you have a belt feeder for example, the leg release buttons allow you to flatten the legs out. Well designed and packaged. With a bubble level and a small pocket to store the manual and tools, it comes in a nice protective nylon carrying bag with handles and shoulder strap. ... show more

  • Great tripod
This is a great tripod especially for the price. It has great height hold the “tools” steady with adjustability for tightness. It is a little heavy but it doesn’t bother me I don’t walk far into my set. It’s very sturdy, does not feel cheap. Definitely great addition to the coyote dispatch tools

  • Great item
This is a must if you have a rifle for sighting in a scope. I have a sightmark scope . I tried to sight it in without the tripod no luck. Bought this and in 4 shots I was on. Only draw back is it is heavy. The material makes it a very stable platform to shot off of.

  • Solid tripod
This tripod is well built and really stays put! It worked great with my camera, and it is definitely rugged enough for hunting use. I like how you can independently position each leg where you want it, and the bubble level works well enough. The metal that this tripod is made of is quite dense, and the bag it comes in is sufficiently beefy. A solid buy. ... show more

  • Very bad quality for the money, no support
[Update] I have been trying to contact the manufacturer/seller. Beware. There is no contact information anywhere I could find to contact them directly. I assume then that there is no warranty of any kind for this product past the 30 days you get with Amazon. ---------- The good: * It is tall * It's carry case is good * The tubes seem to be sturdy * Most of it is metal * The twist locks let the feet slide out The bad: * The push buttons are hard to use and they don't always let the legs angle out. It is very finicky. * The push buttons are loose. I feel like they are going to fall out. * The twist lock does not let the legs back in easily or sometimes not at all. This is due to the rough coating on the metal legs and the soft plastic of the twist lock. I literally had to pound it against the ground or remove the plastic collar to get the legs back in. * One of the legs has a lock that just completely falls off. Look at the pictures. It is frustrating to get back on. I could imagine loosing an animal while hunting over this one. * There is no center pole. So you have to set up the leg angles and lengths just right or you are tippy towing or bending over. Not a good design. All in all this wants to be so good, but they cut too many corners at the locking mechanisms. This has to be the best made piece of useless metal I have ever bought, but useless it it. I will be sending it back. ... show more

  • Amazing, I love it
The shipping was fast and This tripod is amazing. It's lightweight and sturdy and easy to carry around.it was pretty easy to set up and very comfortable to use. For the price I think it is a great buy. It is meant to stabilize your rifle while shooting and It does a pretty good job of that. It seems pretty stable when the weapon is sitting on it so I'm happy with that. I like the weight and the fact that the height is easy to adjust. I also love that I am able to swivel 360 degrees. I definitely recommended this tripod and I might get a second one ... show more

  • Not my favorite
I've used other brands and this one is not the easiest to adjust. It feels cheaply made... The legs have to be opened further before they'll collapse because the twist lock sticks. The clamp is threaded backwards, left to tighten and right to loosen. I guess the manufacturer couldn't directly copy the more expensive models 🤔. It DOES hold the rifle in place and steady your shot, so if that's your goal then it's achieved. I did like the carrying bag. I would not purchase this again tho, but it's also not worth the hassle of returning it. ... show more
