My husband and I have done most of the building of our home after it was erected ( a metal shop and attached house). When last week the dry wall crew (we finally hired someone!) was working on the drywall, I begged the husband to agree to a sprayer instead of rolling the entire house. His brother finally convinced him to get one. We had some reservations about this one because a few did have some hassles, but the resounding chorus of people who repeated the help they got from customer service assured us that it was worth trying. MAN! The husband isn't all that great at thoroughly reading directions and following them, but with a quick glance, it started up, primed, worked like a charm! He got the entire open floor plan (10 ft ceiling)kitchen, dining and living room primed and the main bath before it was too dark to paint. We didn't even get it delivered till 2:30 and it was too dark in the house by 6:00. We have to go buy a lot more paint tomorrow because this is going a LOT faster than expected ❤ I will update if it doesn't last, but both of us couldn't be happier! Edit to add - day 2 to finish priming the rest of the house went a little rocky and my husband was pretty mad at the sprayer. BUT, it was because he got a little lax in the prep. When I ordered the sprayer, I ordered 25 paint strainers and a spare tip. When my husband and his brother both decided that the paint took too long to go through the very fine strainer, the strainer was not necessary and cheese cloth would work sufficiently. I obliged and drove the 10 miles home and got a sieve and cheese cloth and the paint just flowed through, catching some chunks. 30 minutes or so later, the tip is completely clogged, we change tips to the spare one I ordered, it clogged immediately. Husband is cussing the sprayer. We finally clear a tip with high pressure water and high pressure air and I insist we do NOT proceed until we strain it through the super fine paint strainers I purchased when ordering this sprayer. Not a single problem since. We finished priming the entire house and painted ALL the ceilings on day 2. Today is day three and we've rolled 2 rooms and assembled a bathroom. If not for this sprayer, we'd still be priming for days! We're not young people, we're already hurting like crazy and we haven't had to roll primer AND paint on 10 foot ceilings. But DO use a really good strainer for the paint and thin it or you might be cussing the machine for no good reason. ... show more

delivery was really fast and the tiitan was smaller than I pictured. but after looking @ videos and reading the directions, I started it up. i had a graco sprayer before and was used to an airless paint sprayer, but chose the titan because of the 55% less overspray feature. there are several items a new owner should be aware of. 1. before using paint, i used water to get used to the machine and how it works …..so that i don't have any surprises and get to know the machine's operation. * before you prime the paint, put the smaller return tube into a waste bucket until the water is gone and the paint begins to flow. otherwise you will have water in the bottom of the paint can. 2. when you are finished, and running soapy water through the machine, don't forget to run the water through the spray gun and spray nozzle as well. otherwise, the paint will dry in the nozzle and render it useless! 3. there seemed to be very little overspray, but just to be sure, i sprayed on a still day and let my neighbor know that i was paint spraying so that he would close his garage door and make sure his car was safe. ... show more

Stay away from this product. Purchased through Amazon a couple months back when it was on sale. Went to use the item on 4/7/18 and it worked for about an hour before it just stopped spraying. Tried all the steps to get the machine to work again and nothing. The Spray/Prime knob is plastic and a joke as far as functionality and ability to actually read which is which on the knob. After 3 hours of trying to get this to work again I have a half painted house. Amazon says the product can't be returned or replaced yet I have no idea who it should go to to address this. Product is less than 3 months old, used once and I'm out $300. I also purchased the extended warranty but it does't start until after the manufacture warranty which is a year. So I guess I have to wait for a year to get this replaced as Amazon has no customer service to speak to on this matter. I would recommend to all future buyers of this product as well as other product of similar nature, pay the little bit extra and purchase from a physical store like the Big Box stores, at least then you can return it when it doesn't work and get a replacement and finish the job your trying to do!!!!! ... show more

I am a general contractor and dont always do the painting on my remodels. When the job is smaller, I'll do it to make a little more on the job. I spent several years as a full time painter when I was younger. I'm familiar with all the fancy sprayers but couldn't justify spending that kind of money. The problem with this thing is, it works so good I keep doing the painting. Pro tips... buy the filter/swivel, part number Wagner 0580611-B / 580611. This will give you a filter at the gun to keep if from clogging, not to mention the swivel which is a must. Make sure the tips you buy start with 353- then the tip size. Example 353-517. I learned the hard way that there are tips that look the same but will not fit. Same for the hose and gun. These parts are special for this sprayer. Make sure you do your homework and find out what size tip you need for your application. The tip that comes with it is the most popular for household paints. You can usually find this on the can of paint. If not, ask. I've sprayed several houses now with this set up, including cabinets, with great results. It's not meant for the painting contractor but, for someone who occasionally needs to hose a house a house, its great ... show more
