They are soft, color as expected. They aren’t as thick as I thought, but I’m ok with that since I rent and have to use 3M hooks to hang things, so not being heavy was ideal for me. I got the dusty rose color and when closed, it filters the light fine and projects a warm color in my bedroom. So I like it. But if you’re looking for 100% blackout, it’s not here. ... show more

I was on the hunt for a rich burnt orange velvet curtain to compliment the greenery in my bedroom and these did the trick. They’re super soft, nice quality, well made, and the color is perfect. I’m not a fan of grommets so I cut the grommets off and hung these upside down from the bottom hem. You can’t tell the difference when they’re hanging and I prefer that the bottom of my curtains don’t hang over the baseboard heaters so this really worked in my favor. The color is exactly what the pictures show. They hang nicely and are not super heavy. They block out light. I would not say they are black out but they do not let a lot of light in.

These curtains are BEAUTIFUL! I bought the 108 inch ones because I want them to drape on the floor some and they are perfect. I might end up raising the curtain rod a few inches to create an even more dramatic window. But these are so pretty and the color is absolutely perfect.
