If you're going to invest a lot of $$ on your RV, you should do the little things that help prolong the life of your essential seals. Make sure to read the instructions before use, you'll have to let the lubricant sit in place for hours. No big deal, I did mine on a Saturday morning and cleaned it out of there by Saturday night.
