Will update after seller gets back to me. Item leaks from all seals, the entire waste section is faulty. When carrying waste container to dispense it leaks from the pull valve and the dispense cap, the waste dispense cap does not seal completely and will likely strip or break if tightened more. *Update, the product was faulty however customer service was prompt and gave me a full refund without having to ship back. 4 stars for custom service ... show more

This thing leaks horribly. We have tried everything with how it is assembled with out modification. Itis leaking out from the drain cap on the waste tank. Photo shows how we have to use it so that leak is contained. Tried to contact seller, system says contact Amazon CS...Amazon CS says contact seller....total rip off.
