Will update after seller gets back to me. Item leaks from all seals, the entire waste section is faulty. When carrying waste container to dispense it leaks from the pull valve and the dispense cap, the waste dispense cap does not seal completely and will likely strip or break if tightened more. *Update, the product was faulty however customer service was prompt and gave me a full refund without having to ship back. 4 stars for custom service ... show more

I've had these portable toilets (I bought two) for almost 6 hrs as of the day I'm writing this review. I have absolutely no complaints. It does exactly what I expected, is very sturdy, and hold my fat self without any issues. Pros : flushes. Seals up so there is no odor when not in use. Hold a Lot of bathroom breaks. Cons: the flush, as should be expected, is more of a rinse than a "power wash" that you might be used to. Tios: 1) use a bit of paper to wipe the bowl out as you flush down the more solid waste products. 2) prior to use after cleaning, add a few ounces of rv anti stink to the lower tank to help reduce the smell when you clean the toilet the next time. You may need to experiment with the brand and accent to find what you prefer. Trust me, don't forget this step or you will gag, which is NOT the fault of the toilet. Lol 3) use a silicone grease made for seals on the valve to prevent it from sticking. This is normal maintenance for any gate valve. 4) toilet paper made for an rv will break down easier and might not clump as much, which will make emptying and cleaning easier. Recommended : highly! I have one in my rv so I don't have to empty the blank water tank unless I'm in a campground. Soooooo much easier to deal with, in my opinion. I only Wish I had one of these for the last ten years! ... show more

This thing leaks horribly. We have tried everything with how it is assembled with out modification. Itis leaking out from the drain cap on the waste tank. Photo shows how we have to use it so that leak is contained. Tried to contact seller, system says contact Amazon CS...Amazon CS says contact seller....total rip off. Hoping the other one we ordered at the same time does not have the same problem. ... show more

I tried everything from cleaning up the seal areas to leveling it to try not to sit as heavily on it. Back to the matter is the damn thing leaks. I have to keep cardboard under it because every now and again on a regular basis it leaks and I find s*** water on my floor. Terrible design, almost regret the purchase except that I hate pooping outside even more than I hate this thing. ... show more
