This thermos does it’s job, but does not work great for us. I imagined it being a little taller and slimmer for some reason. It’s short and compact which has its advantages, but my 5 year old can’t open it himself because the lid is so wide and he is supposed to open his own stuff at school… I though the button would pop it up so he could drink his broth or something but that is just the opening for the spoon. It is very cute and keeps things warm so we will get good use out of it eventually- it just unfortunately is not made with very young children in mind… ... show more

Had for several months. No leaks so far. No mold so far. I use it to keep warm lunch for a child. To keep lunch warm, boil water in the microwave. Fill container with hot water and close lid and leave hot water inside for 5 minutes. Microwave food in the mean time. Remove water from container and add microwaved food. Lasts about 3-4 hours as warm, but not as hot as when food was first microwaved. Good enough. It is lightweight and durable. Comes with a spook inside the lid. ... show more
