Been using strictly thermal grizzly paste for years and hydronaut is my go to. The spreader tip works amazingly. The syringe works very well and doesn’t rocket out paste. Cleans up easy with a little isopropyl . I also noticed it does last longer than some other brands so you won’t have to reapply as often. I did a lot of research into thermal paste. This was what I settled on for my AIO. Would it have made a difference? I don't know for sure, but I know I've been happy with the performance and use of this product. Is it one of the best pastes? Yes. Is it one of the longer lasting pastes? Yes, from what I can tell. Was it easy to use? Yes. Spread was easy, but you can easily use a line and spread it with heat sink pressure as well. It's thick enough that it can stick if you want it to and can coat a device easily. Is it the absoulte best? Specs say no. but... Is it a great value? Yes. The more expensive stuff has ratings that are barely better than this at 3-5 times the price. At best, that might find you an extra 1-2C when doing some pretty extreme things. I'm a power user, but I'm practical. This stuff is great for my PC, and one day I may repaste my old laptop with this as well. Given I've leaned into undervolting vs Overclocking, this gives me all the performance I need. ... show more

I use this for both the CPU install and to refurbish a zotac rtx 3080 trinity oc I bought used. The gpu was a mining card and it ran HOT HOT HOT and consequently very loud when I received it. I thought I was going to burn the house down launching my computer into orbit by the insane force of the gpu fans gyrating at max speed. I thought I was SOL with my used gpu and my Skyrim ENB days were over, bummer. My son replaced the front thermal pads and noted the original thermal paste looked brown and cooked. A thorough clean and new Thermal Grizzly paste in a nice thin spread and the change is unbelievable. The gpu had totally gone stealth mode! Dropped temps 5 to 7 degrees, I can hardly hear the card at all, even when maxing it out. If you have a hot and angry gpu try this stuff and some gelid solutions thermal pads and get some peace! ... show more

I always order the larger tube since it lasts me about 2 years and I am constantly refurbishing/building computers. Whether it is a laptop or gaming PC, you just cannot go wrong with Thermal Grizzly. I probably apply this well over 40 times with the larger 10ml size on both CPU's and GPU's. Compared to the factory paste, it is day and night. I would not recommend the big tube unless you're constantly applying it on hardware as you probably won't need it. I have also tried other brands and the consistency of this product after 2 years of owning it is the reason I keep buying it in larger sizes.
