Unless you need extreme performance for an overclocked high-end gaming computer, this may be the only thermal paste you'll ever need and still perhaps good enough for those overclocked CPUs as well. When my CPU is running at 100% capacity, the temps are easily 20+ degrees F cooler when compared to generic heat sink grease. And this thermal paste continued to perform even better within days after application. Easy to apply, just thoroughly clean off the old paste first (I used 91% alcohol, paper towels, and Q-tips) and watch the video instructions on Arctic's website. Other thermal paste brands may perform a couple degrees better, but some of those are electrically conductive and/or cost much more. ... show more

Replaced the 10 year old thermal paste on a dual CPU R630 and idle temps dropped 13C, no more throttling, and at max load on all 88 cores I don't see temps past 70-76C.

The price for the product was great for what you get, very easy to use, I haven’t had any issues with overheating, as far as how long it lasts, I’m not sure on yet. I’ve used it for 3 months and haven’t had any issues. I highly recommend the paste for anyone!
