I’m on my second month of this supplement. Pricey to say the least, but so are its counterparts. Quality isn’t cheap! I’ve had no adverse effects at all, and I started straight out with a dose of six capsules daily. I did just order 2lbs or grass fed beef liver. If I find it palatable I may cease the supplements. I’m told if you cube it and freeze it, you can swallow it whole. Time will tell, but you need quality liver. Not the garbage at the grocery store. ... show more

I eat raw liver daily but when I’m traveling for work, this is such a great way to do it. I’ve always felt better eating/taking liver and this is packed with nutrition for the on the go person. If you don’t like the taste of raw liver, this is also an excellent way to supplement it!

The ingredients are deceptively simple - just liver and marrow, but if you do a little reading on them, they're packed with nutritients and benefits too long for the label. I decided to try this new name brand "fittest" bone marrow. It had a rancid smell and taste. Made an attempt to solve the problem by leaving a message. No success. I'm open to solve the issue. THis stuff is expensive especially whe you take it on a daily basis.

This is my favorite out of all the products. I feel a clean sense of energy when I take my 6 capsules first thing in the morning with 20 ounces of water... right before I hit the gym.
