  • Good collection of recipes!
Loving this collection of recipes! I’ve been super hooked on using my Air Fryer the past few months. My work schedule has increased and being short on time its been a life saver! This cookbook probably has some of my absolute favorite breakfasts, the sweet potato hash is pretty my go to at this point. I will just change the mix ins depending on what I have on hand at the time. My kids are always down for the Canadian bacon English muffin sandwiches, sometimes we add an egg. This book got me hooked on what they call a “Gold Avocado”, this is basically just a battered avocado but its super tasty and nice change from my usual avocado toast. My oldest daughter has been really into baking lately and she’s done all the variations of muffin recipes in this book, great how quick they cook up for a snack. One new thing I tried from this book is the beef jerky. I have often made beef jerky in my dehydrator and it’s a family favorite; don’t know why I didn’t think to try making it in the air fryer until I saw it in here. It comes out just as good and in less than half of the time! Win. I also made this books version of Jalepeno cornbread and it came out amazing as well. I would say the book is very basic but if you’re buying the Kindle version it’s fully worth it. Love the simple, basic layout for my teens as well. ... show more
