The recipe directions are ambiguous, the organization of the chapters is risible and, overall, it is presented in a style that is very substandard in grammar and syntax; i.e. hard to understand. The recipes themselves are banal and repetitive. I returned it.

There were quite a few recipes in each category that I would like to try. The ingredients were not outlandish and I really think my husband would enjoy them. I will need to come back later after I have made some of them.
