I looked everywhere to see if this had a metal adhesive to stick it, and yes, it comes with an adhesive thin piece of metal, BUT beware: the metal sticker does NOT let you wirelessly charge your phone with a Qi wireless charger on the back. I have a wireless charger that gets VERY hot when charging, so instead I put another cheap metal ring adhesive with nothing in the inside (magsafe style) to the back of the carger and put this thing on top, and it freezes the charger, the app even tells me sometimes tha base of the cooler is -7 celsius. Light show is great, download the app through the QR code and be done, you can select many light shows. You can also stick this metal adhesive to hot parts of other things and use it like tablets, handheld consoles, and other things that need to cool down. on high mode it does make some noise, on low mode, it quiets down considerably. Have a pain in your shoulder due to weight lifting? put this thing on top and rest for a while, it works wonders. Want to cool down some beverage on a metal bottle? stick this on the side and wait. It does have A LOT of uses, not just electronics. ALSO, the base is rubberish, and it gets VERY cold, to the point of -4 and even -7 celsius (the app shows the temp on the base), and it does get condensation there because of science, so you will find some water drops there. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ok, quality, it's built Ok, the rubber pad comes off very easy so I don't advise leaving it in a bag with other things like cords keys are whatever. Next is performance. This mf takes 15v 1 amp 15w. If you got all that good now you have a loud little fan that cools your phone to about 42°f or like 10°c I think. Value is Ok but I'd make it 10 dollaroos less. It's not much above the fun cooler 3 or whatever. It's pretty easy. Download an app called shark Arsenal and uh, pair it and.... yea. It cools alright. Takes about 4 minutes to reach 5°c, the lowest I could get this thing to go when attached to my phone. It's loud. ... show more

Amazing fan cooler. The base is incredibly cool to the touch and makes the MagSafe area cold. The dispensed hot air does get caught around the surface of my phone but I believe it can keep the internal temps cooler than without it. I tested a recording with the fan on and do notice the fan noise is captured in the native iPhone video recording. It sounds like a distant vacuum sound since the microphone is sensitive to all sounds. I think it would be better to have an external microphone that can deaden or distance the fan noise. Overall this fan would be great for gaming. Update: decided to return this as the noise is too loud for my use case for video recording. I found a different brand that has a switch control for speed and on/off so I can control the noise level better. This is still a solid cooler for non video/audio recording use. ... show more

I mainly use this for my super old Lenovo T480 laptop when I play minecraft on it, and it manages to keep it at perfectly respectable temperatures. If you are planning on using this for your phone, I 100% believe it is a worthwhile investment as it could save your battery from degrading as much as it would if you didn't have it. The device gets so cold I start seeing condensation on the cooling side, and the fan is blowing warm air! So I know it's working, and it's super impressive! ... show more

I play raids in Pokemon go, in a car with no AC in 100 degree weather. This thing comes in clutch. Keeps it cool enough to play. But you will need an external power source, to prolong usage.

A couple of months back I bought one for like $12 and it cooled my phone down alot. I thought this one would cool it more since it is $40 but I'm really disappointed in it. I play arena breakout and it heats up my phone and it didn't do its job as it should. This $40 dollar fan couldn't keep up with the $12 dollar one. How disappointing ... show more

First off, this works absurdly well. I got it to use for photo and video editing because Lightroom makes the battery on my iPhone 14 pro max heat up and dims the screen because of the overheating. As soon as you turn it on, you can touch the pad and feel it start getting cold really fast. The one problem I have is the somewhat false marketing photos that shows this working wirelessly. It has to be plugged into USB C constantly to function. There is no built in rechargeable battery of any sort despite most of the photos showing it being on and attached to a phone running without being plugged in. ... show more

I actually use this on my gaming laptop for VR and ray tracing and it works a treat. Also been abused somewhat and forgotten on with poor circulation but that didn't make any noticeable difference in performance. Can't run straight off my phone port, but any USB c power bank, wall adapter, or computer/laptop hub works. I never use the app or any bluetooth features just plug it in and turn it on and it takes 5-15 C off my CPU at load with decent contact to the bottom of the laptop shell. ... show more
