The band is firmer than I thought it would be, but it was still light enough and comfortable. You have to go into this with realistic expectations. The fans are going to make a fair amount of noise when they are that close to your face. They are also not huge fans, so it isn't going to produce a ton of air. With that said, it does take the edge off of the heat when I walk my dog. It probably wouldn't be good for anything more active than walking or sitting around. It's ok. ... show more

I bought this back in May and have tried to use it a few times only to have it not work when I pull it out. It doesn't seem to hold the charge long enough for me to use later that day. Now it won't charge up at all. Unfortunately my return window has closed and there is no seller contact info.

How did I ever live without this? I have had many people come up and asked me where did I buy these fans. They are so cooling and used when my electricity went off in the heat of summer I just put my fans on and rested. I use them going in and out of stores in the hot summer and I love them. I work in an Amazon Fulfillment Center. It can get pretty warm when we are running around. This little fan will last me almost a full 12 hour shift on medium without having to recharge. It moves an impressive amount of air. It is also easy to wear and not uncomfortable at all. Definitely buy this!

These 100% work to cool you off but do look wacky. If you are at a theme park and have to wait in the heat I absolutely recommend them. I also recommend them if you are a teacher who works in a school with no air conditioning like me.
