This is a very well written book on freeze drying food. Author well-versed in the technique and can relate it well. Easy to read, useful and enjoyable for a book on techinique and food processing.

This was the biggest waste of my money ever!! It was the same information repeated 100 times whereas I could watch a 10 min YouTube video once about freeze drying and know more than this book gave me!! Seriously gave me ZERO NEW INFORMATION!! if anyone is buying a freeze dryer they would know 100% of what is shared in this book !! This isn't even worthy of 1 STAR !! MUCH LOWER!! ... show more
