The YouTube setup videos helped tons! The printer itself is very good, customer support still hasn’t gotten back to me. Ended up figuring out my issue on my own. Overall really good and the oven bakes the powder on the prints perfectly

Bought this printer over a month ago. Have always had issues with light blue or light green having banding issues. Tried everything. Took forever to get in touch with customer service because you have to do it through WhatsApp and iPhone has issues with WhatsApp. Finally was able to connect with a tech on WhatsApp only to be told to do head cleaning and print test photo. Test photo still showed my issue. Sent picture still having same issue and I was left on red. Tech only messages at night when I am not in shop due to time difference. I am here still dealing with the issue and have not heard back from tech in almost a week. Avoid this rebuilt used epson. I know need to spend another $300 on a new print head in hopes that will fix my issue as nobody in tech support can provide me with a fix other then “do a head cleaning, print this test photo”. I feel ripped off for the over $3k I spent on this halfway working machine ... show more
