This tv has a nice picture, but it's completely slow with the remote. Did all the things to try and speed it up, worked a little bit, but still slower reaction from the remote if it works, then any other smart tv in the house. And don't get me wrong, bought a fire tv for my office and love it, bit bought this one for our living room, and it's just a waste of money... ... show more

I have a dozen fire sticks and as they age out and add more I finally needed another tv so got this with fire tv embedded. Great move, saves time, input switches, 1 remote and easy set up. Super light and easy wall mount install.

I mean it's decent for 65" at $500 but it takes a lot of playing with the display settings to get it tolerable. You'll need different settings for live TV, streaming, and video games, plus still not sure how the VRR works/helps. There's glitches like: loses network connectivity sometimes, your set apps don't load, have to turn on/off for everything to appear, buttons just don't work sometimes. Setup was easy, installed a bit higher than last tv but manageable. Picture is vivid and looks great whether a lot of light or room is dark. Love the slim bezel, screen goes to almost the very edge so it seems “larger” than our Sony Bravia before. For $600, I highly recommend- it’s better than the $2400 tv from 4 years ago! ... show more

Fairly certain they swapped the tv for a different one. the bottom of the box was cut and just fewll off when i opened the top. the remote doesnt work and it will not let me set it to 4k at 120hz on my computer. it only works with 1080p at 120 hz. so it upscales to 120 but is NOT 120. the remote is broken too. it only lets me power or volume. somehow it forced an update to the remote....even tho I had not connected the tv to the internet...... nothing works as advertised ... show more
