If you have other Amazon devices, you can hook them up together so that you can even turn your TV on using your echo show or Echo Dot. It’s got all of the latest apps for all of the latest things to watch and there’s plenty to watch for free if you are not one for paying for subscriptions the clarity is amazing. Image is good, price is good. Had some issues at the beginning getting Disney+, peacock and fire tv channels to work. Got it sorted, but wasn't clean feom the beginning. Alexa sometimes will work, but it sometimes gets the commands wrong. The issue i have is that I'm an installer, I get customers who want a cheap tv and like the fire OS... the issue is, I setup tvs using the customers address and setup an email so that if it isnt their forever home they can easily give the next hone owner the email and accounts... we'll the issue lies with prime. Unlike the other apps, you can put in any email you wants. With the fire tv, you jave to use the prime account when setting up the tv... not a separate prime account. That means when it comes to selling the house... the tv has to be completely reprogrammed. Just an annoyance. ... show more

Don’t buy this TV! I was so excited to get this! My dad’s TV stopped working (I had since 2010). I ordered this and waited for it to come, got a wall mount for the TV, and had it up and installed before they even brought the TV! We were so excited when it came! The picture was beautiful and crystal clear! A few days later (once I had time to watch the TV bc I work a lot) I noticed a dot in the center! No one in my family noticed this dot till I did, because it was so tiny and it blended with all the colors, and pictures of the tv. The only time you could fully see it was on darker colors, when the images on the screen were darker, and even then when watching a show, or movie, it stays dark for a few moments, then lighter. I could notice it AT ALL TIMES! Because once I saw this beautiful TV defective in this tiny spot, that’s all I see now! Anyway, I put the TV on YouTube sleep dark screen so I could get a photo, I still had to circle it, but it is there. And I reached out to Amazon, who reached out to Best Buy. I thought it would be an easy process! I loved this TV! I thought they would just simply exchange it, pick this one up, and bring one that isn’t defective, that wasn’t the case. They said they would not exchange it at all, and my only option is to return this TV (which my 8-year-old autistic son loves btw) by myself to another state, oh, and I also have to pay for all the shipping costs associated with shipping a 70-inch tv to another state, and they “MAY” refund me! I did the A-Z file with Amazon thinking since I am a Prime member, and I just spent 2500 with them for Xmas and use them all the time, they will help me! No!!! They sided with Best Buy!!!! I was like what??? Now, I’m stuck with a defective tv because there is no way I trust spending over 100 dollars to ship to them, after how they treated me so far in this process. I know they WOULD NOT refund my shipping, and I will be out that $100, and a tv!!!! Because, they wouldn't even pick up their defective tv, why would they pay for the shipping?!!! They wouldn't! It’s beautiful, a nice thought, if you will, for a great price!!! But it just may be defective, like mine is… and if it is, Best Buy will only return it if YOU cover shipping it to Kentucky, And they state they “MAY” reimburse you for that cost. And Amazon backs them up 100%! Amazon even said in their email to me, and I'm paraphraseing here, they realize it may not be fair, but it’s the choice they are making! I just want others to know this before buying! It may be worth it to spend the extra few hundreded on a brand you know will back you if something is wrong with the tv when you get it! ... show more

I bought via Amazon from Best Buy and absolutely no issues with purchase or delivery. The condition of TV was perfect. This is a beast size so best have a placed picked out. Connected to wi-fi easily and picture is fine. No issues with sound. For $399, pretty much bargain for size and features.

Purchased 3 of these 70" tvs to mount in the church. They are not really heavy, were easy enough to mount on the walls and have a good picture. One of the tvs was defective, screen was cracked.
