  • for guitar players who sing, or…visa, versa.
this is not backup singers. it is however, a port in a storm. by that, i mean, this won’t solve all of your BU Vox needs, but t will help you in SOME situations. i think this is a helpful writing tool. it’s good for intimate gigs, and for songs, here and there. but it IS NOT a back up vocalist. play your chords(s) and it will get you in the ball park, but only for common, basic things. i would not recommend this for a queen cover band, but some simpler stuff, and not mission critical, ya! if you need better, please look at boss or higher end devices. if you’re demo-img or a solo act doing folkier stuff, here’s your friend. for me, i’m going to the next model up in options, this is just not enough more than basic for my needs. a plug-in in my daw, and bouncing to its own track would work better for my needs. it is a good pedal, it’s just not an”pro” pedal. ... show more

  • Don’t buy this product!!!!
When it arrived, the box was smashed a little and they didn’t even have it bubble wrap for protection. It looked like it was in used plastic zip lock bag. I thought, did they send me a used product after I spent $300? …. I used it for a week and started acting wierd. Now after having it for almost a month. It’s making a loud distorted sound and a high pitch chip into the mic when singing. It has embarrassed me during a show when the harmony started going off key and garbled sound. It really ruin a beautiful song. Now trying to get my money back or replacement. I even paid $44 for insurance and I’m afraid they will send me another used one that will do the same thing. I hate you can’t call anyone. ... show more

  • It take some time to get right
Love the pedal, I purchased the harmony singer and the Doubler. Both pedals are phenomenal and add so much more to the music. I've used the Harmony singer for about 3 months now and if your a singer with good control you can make this work. It takes some work to make the harmonies correct, if your not holding the correct pitch or your attempting runs or vocal variations it won't work to your favor. The more simple you can make it the better the results will be. Paired with the doubler and auto tune it can become overwhelming, I don't recommend it . The auto tune or pitch correction will cause the harmonies to go everywhere and sound chaotic. Over all using one pedal or the other works fantastic. I'm a gigging and studio musician, I recommend it if you want to add a little more to your music anytime. ... show more
