D-rings rusted in the first year. I bought three triangular sun shades the same year from a different manufacturer and the d-rings on those still haven’t rusted. Doesn’t affect function except I expect it increases wear-and-tear on the webbing loops they’re fastened to. Fabric and stitches are holding up ok, color still looks good, maybe a bit of fraying in the stitches. I tried using the ropes it came with, but ended up installing pulleys up high and cleats at eye level, ran long lines through those so it’s a cinch to tension it, drop part of it to clean off bird poop, or take it down in hurricane season. All that tackle wasn’t cheap but keeps me down off the ladder. ... show more
