    • Great camera. Had some issues. Tactacam stepped up
Newest Update: Tactacam stood behind their product. They sent me a new camera and it is working flawlessly like the original again. Went from 5 stars to 3 back to 5. Update: This camera after a required update now dies within 2 weeks with fresh batteries AND a solar panel. Was told by support that I need to switch to a their special battery just like I was told to purchase their solar panel to prolong battery life. It didn't work. Before the update the normal batteries lasted me 9 months. Now not even 2 weeks. According to online forums in not the only one experincing this but support still tells me it's the batteries. First review: This is a great camera for off grid locations. As long as you have a cellular signal. I own property that has no electric where I need cameras. This thing has been exactly what I need and wish they offered discounts on multiple unit purchases. The downside is you need to pay for each cameras service individually per month. I feel they need to provide some type of compensation for customers purchasing multiple units from them. Also when the sun rises I noticed this camera goes off sending pictures the whole time the sun is in a certain spot resulting in using about 16 pics. You only pay for a certain amount per month. IOverall great concept but hoping they upgrade certain features mentioned here. ... show more

We had a problem getting it set up because I couldn’t follow the instructions. My son had to come set it up for me. I had gotten far enough along that I paid for the service. He canceled my account and started all over again and even paid for it. I was supposed to get the charges on my credit card refunded but it looks like that is not going to happen. My wife and I do enjoy looking at the pictures. We have pictures of deer, raccoons, fox, possum, armadillo, hawks and other birds. The birds have been during daylight and pictures of deer day and night. The daytime pictures are very sharp. ... show more

I’ve had this camera for a few months now and I love the crap out of it. I read some reviews before I purchased the camera and a few of them said customer service sucked. Well I’m super glad that I took the plunge and purchased this camera, I’ve had a few complications getting things going and I’ve contacted tech support many of times needing help and they have done a fantastic job even going as far as emailing me on a Sunday trying to help figure out my issue. I use this for hunting turkeys and deer. So easy to set up. I really like if you get a good deer or turkey in the camera shot you can do a HD video or Pic and you get a sweet video and Pic in HD. As the title says, I’m disappointed that the picture quality on the app isn’t very good, but overall, I’m pleased with how well the camera does work and I can’t wait to see what’s in the SD card
