The setup was easier and faster than my older Reveal cam. It's been taking photos for almost a week with no problem. I also like the lithium cartridge over the AA batteries. Also, no sim card is a plus.

I have a 2.0 that blows this thing out of the water. Never had problems with it. I don’t like that you can’t pick your own service like on other Reveal cameras. I run my other cam on Verizon and it works outstanding with a full signal. This one picked the worst possible carrier in my area US Cellular. Hardly get any signal where I’m at with this one. I’m working with Tactacam to se if they can help. Every thing else has failed at this point.after having this for a few days now I have this working with help from Tactacam. Just remember a lot of recharable batteries will not work in this camera like previous ones. Use lithium batteries especially when cold. Also every time you turn this off and back on it’s going to search for the strongest signal no matter where you are. I have been on the phone with Tactacam from day one of receiving this camera. Days later they have turned it over to their IT department. They have no idea what is wrong with this camera. If I don’t get it resolved today I will be returning this camera for a full refund. ... show more
