I was stoked to order this- my ET-15000 wasn't letting me run a cleaning cycle because the maintenance box was almost full. This comes with some handy extras like gloves and cleaning solutions. The screwdriver is a Philips head, my printer uses a flathead screw but other models may use a Phillips head screw. I installed it... the box fit perfectly and was the same size and shape as the original but my printer wouldn't recognize it. I inspected it and noticed the little chip was missing. I thought I'd seen something green sitting kind on cattywompus in there before installation.. but if it was ever in there it was poorly secured and vanished into the ether when I inserted the box. I looked everywhere for that little chip and never found it so maybe I imagined it or maybe it fell into the printer parts. I then had the bright idea to take the chip from my old maintenance box, I was able to install it but don't have a tool to reset it to the printer wouldn't recognize it as a new box of course. If you purchase this and have the same issue at least you can return it. ... show more

I knew these waste containers were used with laser printers for the runoff toner, but I didn't think they were necessary for inkjet printers. Well, our Epson ET-4760 shut down the other day with the message "waste box full." Luckily, Amazon had them for Prime delivery, so we got them the next day. We followed the directions, and all the necessary tools were in the box, so we had it up and running. It's simple to do, but I will order another to be kept in stock as we have other printers that use the same part. Doing this will save a day or so without a printer at that location. ... show more
