My last landmine was a DIY made from PVC, so you could say this is a bit nicer. It was a damn good price, with most other models costing twice as much. My days of progressive overload are behind me, so my stress testing of this will be minimal, but for the 65lbs I had on (olympic bar plus two 10# plates) it rotated smoothly in all planes of motion. I'm kinda stuck at how to anchor it just because I'm an apartment dweller. So far the best I've come up with is turning a heavy kettlebell on its side and pinioning the handle in place with the knob/fastener. Worked well enough at the time. ... show more

I have a 6 inch deep drain pan that I’ve filled up with 80 lbs of concrete with a 2 inch pvc sleeve in the middle of it. I filled the bottom part of the landmine base (which was rusted) with concrete after I sprayed it with two layers of rust oleum. That way I don’t have to waste 2 45 lb plates or more to anchor this. And I can slide the landmine in and out easily. Simple idea great design and wonderful price. If you are serious about your physical health I would strongly recommend this to anyone. ... show more

it works as a great anchor and it's cheap. Just need a couple of rubber plates and youre ready to go. Keep in mind that if rest the barbell with weights on it, you need to rest it on first quarter of the barbell or it will tip over like a seesaw.

    • Great option for flat foot racks.
This is a great solution to attach a landmine to a flat-foot power rack that doesn't have a usable attachment point or uses non-standard hardware sizes. I attached this to a Powertec rack with 2-3/8" tubing but simply slipping it under one of the cross bars and it fits great. I did not need to use the screw. Smooth and stable. I really like the plastic liner as it helps prevent clanging and damage to the barbell sleeve. Hard to imaging paying double this for other brand's landmine attachments. ... show more

Exactly what we needed for a great price. Easy to use. Just insert the landmine into a plate on the floor. Put your Olympic bar into the slot with your desired weight. Then you’re good to go. We have ours set up on an exercise mat. Not sure if the landmine would slide without the mat. But it definitely stays in place with it. Very pleased with this product. ... show more
