I’ve been checking out mini processors for a good while and was befuddled by the vast variety to choose from. But recently I was watching a cooking demo on the internet and the presenter was using the Syvio without trying to promote the brand. In fact, I had go frame-to-frame to ID it. It has turned out to be a very welcome addition to my kitchen. It comes with two bowls, glass and stainless, for various tasks that large standard processors weren’t designed to do. The motor is quite powerful and the blades for each bowl are super sharp - take care when handling them. I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to use this processor for and in the few days that I have it have chopped garlic, minced beef for hamburger and prepared guacamole. With ‘pulsing’ each task was done perfectly - exactly to the texture I wanted - and did it in seconds. Clean up was a breeze with the bowls and blades going into the dishwasher. Ok ... I purchased this on August 3, 2022. I waited until now bc I wanted to give an honest review and I was skeptical if this gadget would hold up. Well it did and SURPASSED my expectations!!!! I originally bought this to make my furbaby his own food, but it's come in handy for cooking for my human family too 😋! This baby is powerful!!! I'm talking shredding sweet potatoes in mere seconds!!!! Anyone who cooks knows how dense sweet potatoes are! This thing cuts em like no bodies business!! I also ground flax seeds, nuts, carrots, celery, well any veggies or fruits, no problem!! But wait there's more... it's amazing for shredded meat too!! Yes, that's right, no more tearing up pieces of meatfor chicken salad. Just rip large pieces of chicken in the bowl use the lower setting and in under 5 secs you have perfectly shredded chicken! Oh, but you like larger pieces???? No problem!! You can control the blades and just pulse them until you've got your desired size. Isn't that awesome?? I'm not even to my most favorite part!!! I hate dishes. Seriously *HATE*!!! This gadget literally takes me MINUTES to clean!!! Once I'm done. It only takes spraying the residue of the bowl with my sprayer, then a spray of Dawn powerspray (not sponsored but hey Dawn email me😉 ), a wipe around with your washcloth/ sponge/what-have-you, a final rinse and Bam, you're done baby!! Even if you towel dry, its clean dry and put away in under 5 minutes!!! Seriously, if I could only give one product 5 stars, it would be this! The blades are still sharp after being used multiple times a week since last August, there's 2 sizes of bowls, one glass, one stainless, two sets of blades that coralate to bowl size (oh and they twist on/ off for easy cleaning- "yeah baby"-Austin Power accent used), and this thing is so powerful!! There are two settings (I and II). Use I for softer items and use II for harder/ denser items like sweet potatoes, nuts, or bones. NOTHING I've cut has taken more than 30 seconds and even then almost all of it doesn't even come close to that. It's quick, easy, efficient, and a sinch to clean!! What are you waiting for... buy now!!! But wait for the next 30 mins.... wait, no, I'm getting carried away I can't offer any deals, but it's already priced cheap for how well it's made and performs... just click the buy now. Having spent the last couple of years manually shredding or dicing chicken breasts and fruit into tiny portions to mix in with our dog's dry and wet food, the thought of buying a food processor finally popped into my head. Why it took so long, I have no idea, except maybe for the fact that I had never owned one before and that I remembered my granny having this huge, awkward, yellow thing that took a day to assemble and another day to clean. Still, spending as much time and effort on our dog's food - no matter how much we love them, wasn't 'cutting' it. After my lightbulb moment - lol - I then spent WEEKS looking for an 8-cup, "brand-name" model, made by a well-known company ... at a particular dollar figure which I did not want to go over. Well, what I was looking for, does not exist.😅 What finally pushed me toward this little baby, were the two bowls, but I still had some doubts regarding whether it was good enough to try. After all, "Who or what is this 'Syvio'?", I asked myself. The overall positive reviews were the final deciding factor. ... Yes, I know that sounds dramatic for just a simple countertop food processor, but I hate the hassle of returning things - and I hate a bad deal even more. Upon receipt, doubts were quelled. It arrived well-packaged and the entire unit seems to be of great quality. The glass bowl is heavy and the stainless steel bowl is lightweight but well made. The four sets of blades (a SET of two, or FOUR blades for each bowl), were very sharp! What REALLY matters though - and the point which you want to hear, I am sure, if you're still with me ... is that the chopping it does ... is out of this world!!! The more you hold either of the speeds of 'chop' at the top of the unit, the more it dices and the tinier your food gets. All uniformly and easily. I LOVE IT ❣️❣️❣️ We use ours every day and have done so since receiving it way over three months ago. All I can say is that I hope that it lasts for a while at least (I will update my review accordingly), and that I could KICK myself for not having bought one of these long before now! Did I mention that I love it? EDIT: One important thing to note and perhaps consider, is that as of yet, there are no replacement parts. I know this because sadly, I broke our big bowl. (My fault, totally). Also, be sure to wash and DRY the blades immediately after use. Just like knives, this will help keep them sharp. ... show more

I bought the Syvio Food Processor with 2 Bowls and am very pleased with its performance. The 400W and 4 bi-level blades handle everything from baby food to meat efficiently. The two-speed settings are convenient for different tasks, and the compact design saves counter space. It is easy to clean, with dishwasher-safe parts. did not realize this small device is so powerful, it takes like 10 seconds to shredding porks for dumplings, I have not been trying on vegetables yet, will come back later with more details. so far I am loving it. and it is the price is so affordable.
