Delivery: I had some pretty significant challenges with the delivery process. The original package was delivered earlier than expected, but it I had some incorrect pieces. Definitely check your larger parts to make sure that you have the correct ones. Assembly: The assembly process is relatively clear. The packaging advertises 25 minutes - I would say that that is ambitious. Without a drill I think you're looking at probably an hour and a half, but I would highly recommend using a drill for this process. With the drill it took me about an hour, assembling alone. The only part of this process that I would describe as actually challenging is the very last step. There is a brace along the bottom of the chair that requires a pretty high degree of tension to serve its purpose, but that also means that getting that brace in place requires a decent amount of strength. This step would be much easier with two people. Comfort: I really like this chair. It is comfortable, feels very stable, and the look is pretty exactly what I expected. This is a best purchase for the price !!! First off, the packaging was great and it got delivered on time. The hardware that came with it was great quality than I expected. The assembly was easy, it is easier if you have someone helping, but it can be done alone easily too. The cushion is plush and comfortable. It is very much loved and used in my family. I love to lounge it by the window, read a book or browse. I usually fall asleep on it. It is extremely comfortable , almost like a mini rocking bed !! ... show more

    • It’s almost TOO comfy.

First, to the people complaining about the assembly, they’re just wrong. It goes together with hex screws and they even included a tiny socket and ratchet set to fit!! I thought that was so cool. But frankly, after the first two screws; I grabbed my impact driver and had the hex bit so this took NO time at all for me. I still feel like the company went above and beyond to try to help people get this together. I would recommend having a second set of hands to hold it together for you while you put in the screws. Me and my 17 YO kid did this and after we got done, I was SHOCKED by how comfortable the shape is to lay on. My kid said the same thing. I kept having to make him get up cuz some other butts were in this thing as soon as I got out of it. I’m laying in this right now while typing actually. This is a five star product without question. My hubs is 6’2” and 260 and he even likes it, although he doesn’t fit as well as I do. Although I’m 5’8” and 170, I’m by no means little, and I curl up perfectly into this. Actually thinking about it, I just realized this is the only piece of furniture that doesn’t hurt my back. My couch is expensive and soft but somehow still hurts my jacked up old lady back after 20 minutes. It’s very stable if you get all the screws really tight. There’s still some side to side play if you sit on it and intentionally move left to right, but very little and why would you do that anyway. It a nice looking piece of furniture too. I have a huge couch and this addition kinda crowds my living room but I’m just not putting it on the porch like I originally planned. The ONE TINY gripe is the mat thickness. I’m either going to try to open some seams on this one and add more fluff or just buy another one of these pads from the company. It’s comfy enough but you can feel where the bars are under you. They don’t jab into you or hurt or anything, you can just tell where they are and I want to just feel fluff. I didn’t receive any compensation for this review or get free crap, FYI. After the assembly which was a bit tedious, patience was worth it. This gave way to a most comfortable and relaxing spot in the house.
