Kit includes all the lumber, accessories and hardware needed to build and features monkey bars for that climber in the family, a durable canopy roof, and additional fort enclosure on the bottom level. The Knightsbridge towers feature a large 22 sq. ft. deck designed with a clubhouse style play area, a crow's nest, and plenty of space below to play or add a sandbox. The play set also features many other activities like a rock climbing wall, 8 ft. Alpine Wave Slide, climbing ladder, and a picnic table that will keep your family in the backyard for hours. The swing set comes with 2 standard swing seats and vinyl-dipped chain to protect little fingers, and a wind rider glider for the best swing experience a kid can have. It's sturdy and looks amazing. Yes, it took all day to build but it should as it is a big build and project. Everything was labeled correctly. The boards were labeled and everything was packaged in separate boxes for the different components which made it easier to build the different parts and put it together. It took 3 of us building it about 12 hours. My kid loves it and I actually have extra parts such as extra screws and such. The wood is pretreated and predrilled for a lot of the parts. Overall it is a nice set. The kids love it. It was a pain to put together. A number of the boards had numbers which were cutoff, or unreadable. There were 2 boards present which I could not find listed anywhere in the direction packet. I was missing the flat brackets for the swings and had to improvise by picking something up at a bigbox store. There also seems to be quite a bit of extra parts which is odd, so it makes me wonder. There were also black caps which I could not find listed in directions. The slide seems to be bowed out on first bump. So I wonder if it's a structural issue. Aside from the materials issues, it's a nice set, just right in size for young kids. My only issue is that the side with swings bounces a lot more than I expected despite having 2 ground spikes that were supplied. I will probably be putting an additional support into the ground. ... show more

3 days to assemble. Parts are missing. Changes to hardware that are not noted in the instructions. Poorly stained wood that can be scratched off with just your fingernail. After purchasing this playset I found a much better one and cheaper at a big box store. (Hint: it requires a membership to shop there) ... show more

My kids have basically lived on this thing since we got it. I've had it for about 3 years now. It's not messing up at all! We are going to repaint/stain it soon but it has maintained very well in South Georgia heat, humidity, and crazy storms!

    • Disappointed in assembly
Disappointed with the product. Instructions are not very clear, items were missing/defective. There seems to be a default instruction book for several different products and then inserts are added for how your product differs. One of these inserts fell out of book and took forever to discover why the instruction book was showing something incorrect. Several pieces of wood came with large cracks. Screws were missing or incorrect size. Also did not include any way to attach the chair swing so had to go to Home Depot to pick up something to match small chain to large hook. All the add-ons (steering wheel, periscope, etc) have no instructions or hardware to attach so another trip to HD to figure that out. Has to be an easier way to DIY playset than what was given here. Also, no way their customer service number is operational on Saturday, when most people are building this thing. That would be way too convenient to get live help. ... show more

It’s perfect size for my 3,5,7 year olds. It’s a great playset and seems sturdy and durable so far. However, the wrong box was sent as duplicate and completely missing a second box full of wood and parts. The company sent the correct box, but not promptly. The wait took us an additional 2.5 weeks before we could assemble. Assembly took about 14 hours with two people piece by piece and screw by screw. Directions were okay. One large wood piece had a crack on itC but fortunately we had a duplicate - ha! So that came in handy. Still awaiting the flags that were “back ordered.” I’m sure we will never see those. Overall, my kids love it but it was kind of a headache to deal with the missing parts. ... show more

There were a few hiccups. Finding the right screw was a disaster. There weren’t any 2” screws. Instead 1 3/4 in was the replacement. Some screws were too long and went through the other side. It was either that or the screw sticking out from the front. We have 4 extra boards of which do not go with the set at all. And finally we are missing the picnic box all together. But on the bright side the company answered their phone and are sending the picnic table box right away. All I had to do was confirm I ordered it which was fairly easy.
