Definitely will repurchase if needed. This cone is comfortable for my dog. I ordered the XXL for my 81 pound dog for his surgery. The surgery was for his back foot. My dog's neck is 19.5 inches. The cone is long enough that my dog can not reach his front paws or back paws. The fabric material around the head makes it comfy for him to wear when sleeping. It's flexible as well. I wanted to include a picture of this thing after a solid week of use by a high energy german shepherd. It's a little banged up, but holding strong! This is very sturdy, but also seems comfortable. It's not as rigid and awkward as those plastic cones, and doesn't seem as claustrophobic as the soft cones. He can even sleep in his crate comfortably while wearing this. The size chart was accurate. My dog is 72 pounds and I got an XL, fits perfectly. Also very easy to put on/take off. The velcro is heavy duty and it comes with a buckle collar for extra security. ... show more

Love the flexibility of this cone! Velcro is strong.We ended up purchasing two. She is a chewer. Honestly it held up well considering her chew strength!
