My girl has stitches on the top of her head and on her neck from an attack. She’s never bothered stitches before but better safe than sorry. Her neck wound is very important to keep clean and protected. I’m Glad I bought this. I love it. She’s cute and comfy in it. She’s a mini Aussie with a lot of fluff, wearing a large+ size. It isn’t so big it drifts off but not small and tight against her neck. It’s also large enough that her little nub legs can’t reach to scratch as she’s healing. This thing is tough, bc she’s running into walls and furniture with it. Velcro stays put as she’s outside. For an 11 year old pup, she’s active and hard headed and stubborn. I recently purchased the Supet Inflatable Dog Cone Collar for my dog, and I am extremely pleased with how well it worked! First off, the collar was super cute. My dog looked adorable while wearing it, which made the recovery period a bit more cheerful for everyone. Beyond its appearance, the collar proved to be highly effective. It did a great job of preventing my dog from reaching his wounds and incisions, allowing him to heal properly. One of the most impressive aspects of this collar is its durability. The cone we received from the vet was flimsy and didn't last long. In contrast, the Supet Inflatable Dog Cone Collar held up much better. It stayed inflated and intact, even with my dog being quite active. Another advantage was the comfort it provided. My dog seemed much more at ease wearing this inflatable collar compared to the rigid plastic one from the vet. It allowed him to move around more freely and didn't obstruct his vision as much. Our pup got spayed and the cone they sent her home with was giant. So we just got her a donut instead. The velcro holds strong. There is some leakage after a few days from her laying on it and using it as a pillow. The hole isn’t in the greatest place if you’re trying to blow it up while it’s on your pup. But maybe normal people just take it off to blow it up. It works great and she is absolutely adorable in it. It’s held up with her pushing through doors before they’re opened completely, running into berry thorns, and so much more. Would definitely suggest! ... show more

Very happy with my purchase, highly recommend! We tried a regular plastic cone on my dog and she hated it, kept bumping into things and could easily remove it. With this soft donut cone, she can ambulate, use stairs easy, eat and drink. We had to secure it to her collar and that prevented her from being able to remove it. The media could not be loaded. So far so good, I just received my puppies donut a few hours ago. I looked it through his collar just as a precaution so to make sure it doesn't fall off. He was neutered last week. And they used the cone that I had purchased on Amazon. It works pretty well but I wanted a secondary option. He is about 8.5 lb and he is a Yorkie terrier mix. I bought size medium. Please check out my photos and video if it helps you with sizing. So far the only things that I find as a negative is that the velcro could be moved over a bit more so that you have more room to attach and the strap is a little bit long and I had a problem inflating it I could not puncture the inner part of spout in order to inflate it. Once I did I had to do it like you do a beach ball and place it in my mouth and literally close it with my tongue in order for the air to stay in. I don't know if anyone else has had this issue with this model. ... show more

My dude is having issues with one eye and kept bothering it, further hindering the healing process. The vet sent him home with a regular plastic cone; I’m glad I bought this after leaving the appointment. He kept running into walls and furniture and he hasn’t had that issue with this product. It’s much more fun for me to look at (which I realize is selfish but at least he’s cute while he’s healing up). He’s been wearing it for 3 days now with no issues. It’s easy to keep clean, can be adjusted with the Velcro strap and you can add more or less air as you need. Overall very happy with this purchase ... show more
