I've had this for around 5 days now and been blown away by it. I use it at work every day now and have walked several miles over the past few days. The installation was extremely easy and require almost zero assembly it's extremely similar to a treadmill but it has no upper support arms like a big bulks treadmill would have . I have it under my sit/stand desk and utilize a really low speed. my only complaint would be it can be slightly noisy if you are heavy footed like myself, but this happens on regular treadmills for me as well. I work nights and have a hard time getting my walking in on my days off. I'm a 5'6 220lb female and this was perfect for my size. My husband who's 6'3 260lbs did say the track felt short to him and he is unable to use it past a certain speed. It was nice to be able to have the remote control attached to my wrist while walking so that I could alternate the speed or even stop the pad, confirming its safety and flexibility. The remote was a solution better than having to jump off the pad in order to change the speed or turn it off.

I looked for a few options because I have a small area and I'm bigger too. I'm 6'2" and weigh over 250 lbs and this works great. There is no slowing on the track because of my weight and my foot steps don't feel limited with my long stride. It's light enough to slide under the bed when I want to sit and easy enough to bring back out. Using it is really easy, you simply switch it on and use the controller to start or stop and adjust the speed. I can tell the quality it great for walking. I own a larger treadmill for running but this is perfect to get me out of the slump of just sitting. I don't find it distracting too walk and work, it actually seems to energize and freshen my thinking. I would recommend this to anyone needing a walking treadmill or working from home. ... show more

pretty decent for the price, it isnt too loud, easy to figure out all the pieces, and okay to move. It is kind like moving a dolly so you gotta find the sweet spot in order for it to listen to you lol. Otherwise pretty impressed and would recommend
